Where to stay before flight at Orly to see Fontainebleau/Chateau Vicomte

Jump to last reply

If my plans hold, I'll have a 2 pm flight out of Orly (returning car rental too). I was originally going to plan an overnight near the one of these attractions (putting me close to the airport)...visit Fontainebleau enroute from Amboise and Vicomte in the am before the flight. Now I understand I won't have enough time in the morning to visit Vicomte - flying Easy Jet and I understand I need to arrive in plenty of time and Vicomte doesn't open until 10.

That said - if I allow 2 nights in this area, arriving later in the day and allow the full day to visit both places, I'm looking for recommendations for a town/village close by to stay for 2 nights with good access to Orly.

Any recommendations?
