I'm posting for a friend who is arriving in Rome from the U.S. on a separate flight from her father. She wants to know a good place to tell him to meet her. He's 86 years old and doesn't get around very well on his own, so convenience is a big factor. We know that she is on American and he arrives in terminal C international, if that helps. They only are supposed to arrive 25 minutes apart. Thanks!!

If she arrives first, she's still likely to be in the baggage-claim area when he arrives and can keep an eye on which carrousel will be receiving his flight's luggage.
If he arrives first, the same would hold true, but if he can claim his luggage without assistance, he should just exit the luggage-claim area and wait for her. All international flights exit through the same door in Terminal B.
There's a little freestanding foreign exchange booth smack in the middle of the baggage claim area that would be an easy place to meet up.
