Where to go with our sailboat charter?

7 of us have chartered a 58 foor sailboat with captain leaving from Pireaus for one week in late September. Several of us wilil go on to Santorini and Mykonos after the charter.
Where should we go? Will the nearer islands offer us the experience we desire. Any restaurant recomendations?
Warning!! We chartered through GPSC Philadelphia and they disappeared with our $2450 deposit. GPSC of Greece is helping us reserve the same sailboat but the original deposit is lost
