Trying to be funny and say, Germany! We live in Sweden and the first choice for reasonably priced wine and beer is Germany. Second choice is Denmark. Third choice is Sweden.
In Sweden, the Systembologet, is where you buy wine. I am not sure where/how they sell alcohol in Denmark. Can you try taking a look in the grocery markets....I have a vague recollection of seeing something there but could be wrong.
Happy travels,

Wine can be purchased at any supermarket, eg Netto, Irma or in the foodhalls of Magasin & Ilums Bolighus. It's not like Sweden at all for purchasing alcohol.
Any market, all wine with reasonable price, this is the cheapest in Denmark. WOW
