I've seen interesting pictures online of Festival Citrusov (Orange Festival) in the South of France, but so far I've been unable to determine exactly in which city it's located. Browsing, I just found more of the same photos and the only location noted is "South of France." Anyone know where it's held -- and when?

Citrusov is not a French word - seems to be someone from another language circulating photos.
However, it is the Festival in Menton, 16 Feb to 6 March 2013

there is also the music festival held every summer in the town of Orange, which is also in the south of france.
I'm pretty sure it's Slovenian - so why in Menton?

Thanks for the correct name of the festival and the link. I know enough French to know "citrusov" isn't French, but it was the only name I had to work with at the time. Rastaguytoday figured out I was looking for the festival in Menton. Apologies to French-speakers.
