Where in Europe for decent weather next week?

Wow, it's been cold and rainy in Europe! I know some students who want to do a quick get-away from Freiburg next week, but it needs to be within a 3-5 hour train trip. Anybody have thoughts on somewhere not too weather dependent? Thanks in advance for any helpful info!
