Where can I park cheaply in Munich by main train station overnight?
We will be staying at Le Meridien across from the main train station. They charge 20€/night!
Does anyone know of any place near by to park more cheaply?
Thanks.

20€ is ok for the area. Some other park houses cost 17€ or 15€ but are further away. For 20€ you can also get the Stachus Park Garage, which is huge. Or (esp. on a Sunday morning) you may also succeed finding something free in the area.

I love driving, but I'd always take the train unless it's for a short time only. 10min by U-Bahn from there, after 6pm you'd always find a FREE place to park the car with only a short walk to the train. Train costs 5€ per person, so that would be 5€ for the night.
Or you can always circle around the blocks, maybe sometime..

Also, keep in mind that your car has to have that "green 4" or "yellow 3" sticker on the windshield. Cars without sticker or with "red 2" are no longer allowed to drive into the city, except for the areas outside and on the "mittlerer Ring" ring road. If you find a place to park your car without a sticker close to the station, you can be sure that in the next morning you'll find a 40€ ticket under the wiper. You'd get one point too.
