I am looking at a trip with kids and senior citizens for 2 weeks in end Feb early March..
Any suggestions as to where in Europe I should visit so that I do not experience bad weather ..snow and extreme cold ?

What about spain ?

You are still in winter in Europe at that time and unless we have an early Spring (who knows?) the weather in Central Europe will still be cold. Cyprus should not be too bad, but certainly not beach weather and the same is true of Southern Spain, (Andalucia).

My choice would be Southern Spain.

I'd opt for Cyprus - have been there in late Jan / early Feb a couple of times and found it really pleasant - you can sit outside with the sun on your face, and while it's not beach weather there are plenty of places with heated pools and lots of interesting sights to see. Paphos is my favourite area as a base.

Have also been to Spain that time of year for skiing, which is not I think what you are looking for! But it was lovely...

Southern Spain should be pleasant - but Madrid is on a high plateau and has a real winter - with snow many years. Czech republic is on the central european plain and will still be winter. Not familiar with Cyprus at that time.

All of europe is a temperate climate and in Feb most places will still be winter (alpine skiing goes into April).

The weather in Cyprus is generally mild, which is one of the reasons so many Russan expats head there. That and it's somewhere nice to store all that cash.

And I do like the meaning of "Pareshan". It fits if traveling with kids and seniors for two weeks.

Cyprus is already starting spring, with wild flowers everywhere. Weather is mild now, about 17C to 20C and will be warmer by end Feb/beg March but this winter has been quite cold with quite some heavy snowfall, even by the coastal regions.
