What train pass for Paris?

I'm trying to figure out what train pass makes sense for us in Paris. We will be leaving cdg airport Friday around 3pm to head to our apartment in the Republique Neighborhood. Friday night we will go to the Eiffel Tower area, Saurday, the Louvre and around. It seems like the Louvre is walkable, maybe 40 minutes. Then Sunday Notre Dame, Saint Chappelle... All walkable. Monday, we fly out of Orly. From my calculations to seems like we would be better off with the Ille de France ticket Friday to get into Paris. Buying other trim tickets individually, then a similar package ticket to Orly. It doesn't seem worth it to get the 5 day zones 1-5 visite pass at a cost of 61.25 euros per person???

It is very difficult, to make Visite Pass worthwhile for most (perhaps any) trips. Get simple RER tickets into town, then use carnet - stack of 10 discount tickets for this kind of short trips.
However, if Friday = this week, do consult the weather forecast to see if you REALLY want to walk distance.

We found that buying a carnet of 10 tickets made much more sense for us than any kind of pass.

Taking the RER B from CDG would cost 10 euros per person and is quick and easy. Split a carnet of 10 tickets (about 14 euros). These cover both Metro and buses, and the latter allow you to tour parts of the city you might not otherwise visit.
Not sure about getting to Orly.
