What is the best hotel in Innsbruck?

I've been to Innsbruck a couple of times and find HOTEL SAILER to be the best hotel by far. It's a deluxe 4 star boutique hotel with a nice Tyrolean stube/ restaurant. Request for the rooftop room at www.sailer-innsbruck.at; I still have their brochure showing 160 euros for a double. It's way better than Europa Tyrol which looks rather old & tired inside.
There is also a large Hilton(used to be Holiday Inn I think) with a nice large lobby & hotel stores, but I haven't been inside the rooms.
