What am i doing wrong?? So frustrated!

I'm trying to look up regional train fares/schedules and can't find it online. I've found dozens of posts referring to the trenitalia website but when I put in my stations, I get the n/a treatment :( we are traveling early July and I even act like we're leaving next week and still nothing. I found the regional trains link on trenitalia but it asks me to register. Don't get me started on that site's registration process. I've done it so many times and get a password that never works. So frustrating!

This is what I'm trying to look up:

Train from florence to cinque terre
Train from florence to Pisa and then Lucca
Bus from florence to Siena (yep can't find bus schedules too)
Train from Naples to Pompeii then on to sorrento

And, as long as I'm asking, hydrofoil/ferry schedules for amalfi are where? Should we get tickets morning of travel or before?

Questions- we are traveling in July. Should we get train tickets night before? Bus ticket night before? Or, is the same morning fine?
