Look no oone can really give you a weather forcast for three countries over a one month period..
Italy likely hot, London could be warm , or could be cool and rainy. Paris could range from hot to just pleasant, can rain lightly, or be a blazing heat wave.
Bring layers. Bring a light rain jacket and a sweater, bring some capris and cool skirt and tops. Bring good shoes.

We found the weather websites inaccurate. We did the 10 day forcast prior to our departure and it said that it was going to be approx 25-27 degrees celsius every day in Provence. On the contrary, it was unseasonably cool for the first week of our trip.
I also recommend layers. I usually pack mostly short sleeve shirts and bring a sweater to wear on top in case of cooler weather in the mornings and evenings.
Its likely to be very hot in Rome in July...Paris and London are harder to predict. It was also quite cool and rainy while in Paris recently. Bring a good rain jacket and umbrella.

Generally speaking Italy is likely to be hot in July. Paris could go either way. London by virtue of being furthest north, likely the coolest.
You just need to pack for summer weather, using "layers", so you can add or subtract depending on what weather you find once you get there.
A travel umbrella is always a good idea. At least two pair of extremely comfortable shoes are the most important thing to pack imo.

When considering the weather you need to realize that in Italy many places do not have AC. 90's and humid aren't bad when you go from AC house to AC car to AC office or mall or restaurants. But in Italy you will be walking around in the heat all day and most sights, restaurants and shops will not have AC. Even many hotels don;t have AC - so pick carefully when selecting a hotel, bring a hat for shade and be sure to stay well hydrated.
