Weather in Greece in May/early June
I'm considering a trip to Greece in spring 2014. I'd be leaving some time in May and returning by mid-June, for a total of 3-4 weeks.
Is the weather likely to stay dry?
With ferries in mind, how are the seas at that time of year?

That's one of the best times to visit Greece, with temperatures in the 70s to low 80s most of the time, maybe a little hotter as you get into June. You may have a day or two of rain in May, but most days will be sunny to partly cloudy. Seas are usually calm that time of year, but by mid-June there could be a few days of high wind. Stick with the large conventional ferries as much as possible and you will have smooth sailing.

Hi
You can't find a better time to go. Not too hot or crowded. It's the only time I chose to go and have never been disappointed. Haven't even seen close to a spit of rain but did feel a bit green coming home from Paros by ferry (late June) but that was my fault as I was sorting photos on my laptop and inside! We always swim and find it as relief from the hot sun. Don't forget your suncreen .
