I'm going to Europe (Rome,Paris, London,Venice etc.) and I was wondering how the weather is during the end of March and the beginning of April because I don't know if I should pack light clothing or thick clothing.
Is the weather relatively warm? Is it rainy?
Any suggestions of what to bring/pack?

London to Rome is quite a range.
You can check average weather conditions for all of your destinations on line.
There are many what to wear threads that might have ample advice already, but I would:
Pack layers. When I've traveled this time of year (Italy) I've worn boots and jeans a light long sleeved top, short trench coat (hung up), and pashmina for warmth/comfort, on the plane.
I bring another pair of slacks/pants (black), probably medium weight knit, and several layerable tops, plus a sweater. For London I might bring hat/gloves; I've never needed them in Italy that time of year but who knows. Lightweight long johns. socks for the room.
I bring another pair of shoes--good walking shoes--closed toe probably for late March, but later in the season Naot sandals. I own a small light travel umbrella but you can purchase there.
I carry-on only, going over at least.
Beyond all that, it really depends on how much time where and when, and what you will be doing (business? touring?) Have a good trip.
