We leave tomorrow!
We will be staying in a villa near Arezzo and will have two days after to explore when returning to Rome. What do you recommend...maybe Bologna for a night and then through Pisa on the way back? We will already have seen Florence and other towns near there.

Oh fun, you are off to Italy mjmom. I personally love Bologna, so yes I would stay there overnight although I have no idea what your itinerary is. Regarding Pisa, having no idea as to where "on the way back" too is I cannot comment. But do enjoy your special time in Italy!!

"Through" Pisa is the way to go. Will you be in/near Arezzo on the first Sunday and preceding Saturday of August? If so, don't miss the antiques fair! It is the best.
