We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and thought it was a good deal for the price (not sure what your deal is but I think we paid something like 99 pounds). I guess I would describe it as a comfortable (though not upscale or luxurious) business class hotel that, at least while we were there, appeared to cater largely to an Arabic clientele. Regular rooms are quite small, although this is typical of many London hotels. I thought it was well located (I like staying in the Mayfair area) on a quiet street, within easy walking distance of the Green Park tube station. We would stay there again if the price was right.

^^why top a 10 yo thread and not just ask your question in a new one?
Maybe you don't use the search function often, but for those who do, it's much easier to have a few threads on one specific subject than many.
(I read somewhere that some users treat Fodors as a library, others as a cocktail party!)
