Visiting Valencia, Spain this summer with a car?

To avoid huge parking fees there are plenty of free street spaces always near the Science Center northern side in the residential area.. especially in August. Also plenty of new 4* hotels that will most likely have excellent summer rates.

If coming for the day to the Aquarium (El Oceanografic) or the center, you can park free for three hours in the mall across the street called "Aqua" next to the big Corte Inglés. Enter from the rear of mall.

The El Saler mall ( on the "opposite" side of the Science Center) has free parking for a couple hours if you buy something. I am sorry I do not know the amount you need to spend to get that.

All other parking lots are approximately 3E/hour with special 24 hr. fees.
