Visiting Burgundy in the middle of May

Jump to last reply

My boyfriend and I are planning a trip to Europe in May. We are planning to leave Spain by train and arrive somewhere in France, and then rent a car to drive around for 2 days before traveling on to Germany. We want a more scenic, countryside tour so we figured somewhere in Burgundy would be a good starting point. Does anyone have recommendations on good places to start and where we could visit in 2 days? I was thinking of starting in Dijon? Our interests would include a vineyard(of course), cute little towns to walk around in, possibly an easy hike?

Thanks in advance
