Violence at Fatima Sultan hotel, Sultanahmet, Istanbul

After finding bugs in the linen, we decided to leave Fatima Sultan hotel, Kuçuk Ayasofya Cad. No:59, which was also smelly. We asked a refund for the remaining two days. In the argumentation that followed, I was attacked by a hotel worker. He broke my glasses and cut my eyelid. This was recorded by a security camera. I had to undergo an operation and spend a night in a hospital. I never received any refund or damage costs. The attacker was arrested, and released on bail the next morning.

Booking site www.venere.com, trough which I made a reservation, did not published my review so far, even though they asked for it. In the meantime they published many new fake positive reviews about this terrible place.
