Villas in the world website?

Jump to last reply

Has anyone rented apartments from them? I am looking for places to stay in Rome, Florence, and Venice and had inquired about an apartment on vrbo and someone from villasintheworld.com returned my message--saying the apartment I wanted wasn't available but offering another one. Just wondering if anyone has used them or has any feedback?

I know I'm probably on a fruitless quest--trying to find something under $150 a night for my husband, me, and 11-year-old daughter near the center of Rome. But 'm also getting frustrated that most places consider my daughter an "adult" when it comes to pricing rooms. We can easily fit in a double room but I'm getting a lot of responses that say those are only for two people and trying to upsell me to a triple or bigger. Any thoughts?
