My girlfriend and I are going to these 3 cities for at least 2 nights each and would love some recos on hotels (4-5 star), restaurants and activities. We like good food and are fairly active but open to just about anything. We are in our 40's so don't need crazy nightlife but we like to get out and enjoy some drinks after dinner.
Thanks!
Vienna, Prague and Budapest in March

In Vienna I recommend The Ring hotel, in Prague the Mandarin Oriental, and in Budapest the InterContinental.
For restaurants, Prague has some great ones, including some with Michelin stars. I wrote up a list of some good ones if you want to take a look: http://www.visitingeu.com/central-europe/czech-republic/2006/11/best-prague-restaurants.html. In Vienna, make sure to get Sachertorte at Hotel Sacher. I'm not as familiar with the restaurant scene in Budapest.
I hope that helps! Happy to comment on activities as well if you let me know what you are interested in.
Didn't you post this exact same post on Feb. 26? I replied to it.
