Victim of scooter /pedestrian accident

Jump to last reply

I am the victim of an extortion scheme orchestrated on the streets of Verona, Italy. A motor scooter hit me on the street and before I knew it, an Italian officer came out, detained me and a friend, and insisted we pay fines on the spot. While the scooter operator buzzed off in minutes injury free, years later I have received notification that I have been convicted and sentenced in Italian court to pay for vehicle and personal damages which are in the thousands. Is there an agency or legal office to contact to report this too and have it stricken from the court dockets?
