Very specific question about Leipzig Opera performances

Jump to last reply

I'm going to be in Leipzig for a couple days in April, and I'm thinking of hearing Parsifal Good Friday. But it's a long opera, and I'm diabetic, so I need to plan ahead when to eat, etc.

Can anyone with experience at the Leipzig Opera in particular tell me if they offer any kind of refreshments at intermissions other than beverages? E.g., sandwiches, etc.

I posted this question on the Leipzig Opera's website using the usual "contact us" link, but I never got a response.

Naturally, I'll be prepared if I go. I know how to do that! But I'd love to know ahead of time about what I'm going to encounter.

Thx.
