We are arriving by train from Florence to Venice. Our hotel, Ca'Arco Antico is located near the Rialto Bridge and the directions we were given were to take Vaparetto#1. My question is this...once we leave the train station where do we purchase the tickets for the Vararetto?
Thanks.

The ticket booth is right on the canal next to the boat dock.
Exit the train station, walk down the steps. If you get wet, you've gone too far.
Thank you. ahhahaahhaahahh Will try not to get wet!!!!
There is a ticket booth for tickets but there are a few different docks in the same area for the different boat lines. Read the signs carefully to be sure you are n the correct dock and headed in the correct direction.
Thank you. I guess my anxiety is that we are going to be tired and have our luggage and I want to be organized so I know where the vaporetto is and where to purchase the tickets so we can get to our hotel drop off everything and enjoy Venice.
You'll love the trip down the Grand Canal!
