Venice to Belluno/Feltre

I will be arriving at Marco Polo Airport in Venice on 12/19. Am looking for the easiest way to get from Venice to either Belluno of Feltre.

I have found the Trenitalia website very frustrating to use.

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

On the Trenitalia site you have to click on the Brit flag (top right) for english, then select Venezia S. Lucia for departure and for target Belluno, input the date dd/mm/yyyy, the time in 24hour mode, and hit search.

You can't get the trains for Dec. 19 yet, so - for now - try Nov. 21 and a time that makes sense.
You'll see that there are trains that take 1:59 hrs, or others that take longer and require a switch, either in Treviso or in Padua - no problem, you get off one train and you board another according to the signage.

For ways to get from the Venice Marco Polo airport to the train station, look up http://www.veniceairport.it/page/ser...no?language=en

You can also take the train for Belluno from the Venice-Mestre station, which is not down by the canals but up on the mainland near the industrial zone. Mestre is on the major train line and may save you a bit of time.

The Trenitalia website in English (but use Italian spellings for all towns):

I very recently took the bus from Marco Polo airport to the Mestre train station. Very easy. Everything was well marked and direct. The airport website, I believe, is where I found the bus timetable, but there were information desks right outside customs and things were well signed.

The busses were lined up and pretty much constantly departing for the station as it was a busy arrivals time at the airport.
