I need to get to Certosa Island, Venezia for a bike & barge trip. My directions are from Statione Santa Lucia but I am arriving at Venezia Mastre train station. Can I get the "vaporetto 4.1 of ACRV line" from the mastre station?
If that is not possible can someone give me walking directions from one station to the other?

You can catch the 4.1 vaporetto at Venezia Santa Lucia. No vaporetto goes to Venezia Mestre.
Venezia Mestre is the last station on the mainland before the train crosses the lagoon causeway to the island of Venice, with Venezia Santa Lucia the only train station actually on the island.
It is not really walkable between the two stations. Stay on the train to the next stop, or if your train doesn't go there, hop one of the frequent trains that does goes there.

One could actually walk between Venezia Mestre and Venezia Santa Lucia along the causeway bridge surrounded by the trains and tour bus traffic, but it would be 3.5 to 4 miles, too far and unpleasant for most people. Take thevtrain and you will be there in 7 minutes.
