Venice - dining out, Sunday evenings

Jump to last reply

While I have amassed a sizeable list of places to try while in Venice, I am finding it difficult to ascertain which restaurants are open for business on Sunday for dinner. Wandering aimlessly around the alleyways of town may be one of Venice's attractions but not on an empty stomach.
We are staying in the Santa Croce district, not particularly heavily supplied with eateries in any case. Many of the restaurants don't have websites which might provide details of their hours of business, which brings me to my query - is there any resource that I could tap into to access such information?
Alternatively, any recommendations of restaurants operating on Sunday evenings within say a 15 minute walk from the rail station.........
