Venice cruise terminal to San Marcos, and San Marcos to airport?

What´s the best way to go:
1) From the cruise terminal to San Marcos?
2) From the hotel close to San Marcos to the airport?
Thx in advance

I assume you are speaking of San Marco or St. Mark's. Water transport probably the most usual way on both counts.

You can also hire a private water taxi.

How many people? How much luggage? How willing to schlep? What time is the flight - if very early in the am options may be limited?

Hotels in Venice usually have detailed instructions for the best options to get there since it is so unusual. Check your hotel's website for the best connection to the airport and cruise terminal.

There are about TWO ways to travel IN Venice: walking and floating. Those best options involve two methods: walking and floating. Some hotels will gladly "arrange" private transfers for you but if you go that route you're probably better off dealing directly with the water taxi folks.

Your cruise line undoubtedly will "arrange" transportation and ditto what I said about the hotel-arranged transfers.
