Veg friendly restaruants/food in Ronda and Nerja Spain?

I'm going to be in these two towns for 2 nights each, in June. I'm a strict vegetarian (vegan), and my husband and daughter are willing to eat cheese and eggs in limited quantities. I haven't been able to find any links/online resources for where to get something to eat for us, in both places.
The restaurants don't have to be veg*n, just veg-friendly, i.e. paella made with a veg broth instead of chicken, that kinda thing.

Thanks for any tips/recommendations you might have.
We're pretty good at finding something anywhere, but it makes me more relaxed and comfortable if I know ahead of time we can find something substantial to eat.

We're also going to Sevilla and Granada and it looks like we'll be easily accommodated there.
