I am looking for some recommendations for tour companies for the Vatican. We will be available for a tour on Saturday September 25. I hear Context is good, also good comments on RomeWalks. What about Viator? DarkRome.com? Just looking for feedback. Thanks!

I would recommend sonia tavoletta as a tour guide. Also, I recommended her to a friend of mine in my area who utilized her as well with great results. The Vatican and Vatican Museum have so much to see that a personal guide such as sonia can show you what you really need to see without putting you into museum-overload while making it educational and fascinating.

Not sure I understand the response what company is sonia affiliated with. Did anyone hear of Italywithus tours? Are they any good?
Just booked a Vatican tour with DarkRome for May 13. Booked Colosseum tour with Viator as well as a day trip to Tuscany while in Florence. Will let you know how they are when I get back!
