Vaduz to Strasbourg by car

When driving from the Capital of Lienchtenstein to Strasbourg, France, what is more scenic and/or interesting? Going thru the south or north side of Lake Constance?
I am thinking South, traveling thru Switzerland because I will spend more time in other parts of Germany during the beginning of my trip, but I don't know what to expect on either side.
Any opinion? Thanks.
