Updates on Hotel NH Firenze in florence, italy

Does anyone have any updates on the hotel NH Firenze in Florence, Italy. This is one of the hotels listed on our tour and there were some comments in 2010 that there was construction going on and some of the rooms were old, dirty, noisy, etc. They also said that the rooms that were renovated were just fine. Just wondering if anyone knows if the rooms are all renovated at this time.
