Two Weeks in May Spain & Portugal

My husband and I (and daughters 20 & 24) are travelling to Spain and Portugal the last two weeks of May. We have not done much research yet, but are thinking we will fly into Madrid (5 days), then bus or train to Seville (3 days), then bus or train to Lisbon (5 days) and fly out of Lisbon. We have only been to Europe once before so want to make the most of this family trip. Tentatively thinking day trips from Madrid to Segovia and or Toledo, day trips from Seville (Cordoba, Granada maybe) and day trips from Lisbon to Sintra and Casoais. We would like to include history, a few museums, a wine tour, at least one or two beach days, and generally getting a feel for the countries and culture. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
