Will be spending three days in Sienna region and doing a little driving. What are the best maps/tourbooks to use for this? Any can't miss sights/towns/cafes? Thanks!
Tuscany maps? Sights?

I think the best maps of Tuscany are in the Michelin Touring and Motoring Atlas of Italy. You can get it at bookstores, Amazon.com, etc. for about $20.00. GREAT maps, points of interest marked, all the smaller roads marked with numbers also.
There are many good guidbooks for this area. The DK Eyewitness Travel Guides for Italy and a smaller one for Florence & Tuscany are very good. Fodors is very good as is is Rick Steve's. Go to a big bookstore and browse what they have and decide.
Ducko - My favourite are the 'Italian Touring Club' maps.
