Tuscany accommodation for 2

Could anyone recommend some self catering accommodation for 2 in Tuscany? We're looking for somewhere to stay for a week in June and are open to the location. We've stayed near San Gimignano before so maybe not there but otherwise we're flexible. Our main requirements are that it's self catering (double bedroom) with a kitchen and outdoor BBQ. It should have a pool. Either a stand alone place or somewhere with a number of apartments sharing a pool but ideally not too big, i.e. no more than say 5 apartments. Agriturismo fine but doesn't have to be one.

We like our own space so must have own BBQ and some private outdoor space. Ideally not too child friendly! Views are nice and we're keen walkers so countryside location also favourable. We'll hire a car so not too bothered about staying very close to a town though I believe it can be significantly cooler in the mountains in June so maybe not too high a location.

Budget no more than £750 for the week.

Can anyone suggest anywhere. I'd really appreciate the input.
Many thanks.
