Trying to book flights online Meridiana Rome to Cagliari, Sardinia

Jump to last reply

Have been trying to book flights Rome- Cagliari on Meridiana airlines website.

Everytime I get to to the point of payment and submit details it says - temporary error, credit card has not been debited, try again later.

Well , I've tried several times over the last 2 days and still get the same message.

I've emailed them with no response, and dont want to phone the call centre in Italy as I'm in Australia.

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this problem. They are half the price of Alitalia, my only other alternative, so would prefer to book with them.
