Trouble buying alhambra tickets online can I use a different website?

I'm not able to make the alhambra-tickets.es website work when I pick a date to visit the Alhambra and click "buy tickets". I'm going in website circles.

Has anyone successfully reserved, paid for, and bought tickets online from other sites? When I googled on alhambra tickets, of course I got a bazillion hits from a bazillion sites that sounded as if they'd work fine. But I don't know if there's something official about the site I was trying to use. I'd hate to buy tickets online from a "scalper" and get to the front gate and then be told my tickets were not valid?!

I just booked tix a few days ago without any problem (didn't even have to warn my credit card co.)

Exactly where in the process do you get stuck?

You have to pick a day...then am or pm...then specific time for the palace. The "graphs" show if there are still openings left...and how many.

When we went, they had sold out of tickets online, and so we ended up going on a guided tour (definately worth it) with a local operator through isango (http://www.isango.com/spain-tours/gr...ace-tour_14660). If you can't get the site to work/want a tour you can book through them.

I guess it is possible they are sold out of all slots for all tours for the period for which they are selling tickets but seems unlikely in the off season. I checked with various guided tours and they still have availability, perhaps I will go that route. There is no number to call. I will try emailing again, this time in Spanish.

Anyone else having trouble with this site?
