I just posted a long trip report about my Christmas 2000 trip to Italy, but am a very inexperienced poster, so put it in the general Europe rather than Italy category. Sorry!

Thanks for posting here too, wouldn't have found this trip report otherwise.
so how do I find it?
Laurie
Your report should have posted here whether you checked general Europe or Italy--both go to this same board. I think the problem may be that your report is too long and didn't post at all. You need to post a couple of paragraphs and then post the rest of it as a succession of replys to your original post.
Good luck; I'd like to read about your experiences.
Sorry I made this so confusing. I actually did post it here under the name Rome/Umbria/Tuscany Trip Report- (12/2000), using the method described by xxx. I only put this post in because sometimes I go straight to the Italy only posts and don't bother wading through all the rest, and wanted the Italy-only folks to be aware of the post. Amy, I found it searching on the word Umbria, and will put it to the top for you. Sorry again, Laurie
