The Jacques Bonsergent metro station area is safe and good place for staying in Paris ?

It's in the 10th, not my favorite part of the city and not your typical tourist hangout. It's a good 40-minute walk to the Louvre.

In 19 no good. Lots of Chinese. Police shot a chinese a few days ago.

Totally safe - I often sleep on a park bench near it and have only been robbed seven times.

On another thread kerouac says that keroac2 has hijacked his name, as he is only known as kerouac on this Forum. The OP of this thread certainly does not write as does the kerouac we know and love.
