What do you mean, how do you pick up a thread? If you read Travelnut's reply, then you are viewing the thread. You view a thread by clicking on the post title at the left side of the page. If you want to reply, you click on "post a reply" at the bottom of the comments.
Mackenzie, just click on your own name, and all of your messages, and respective threads will show on the left .
To reply to Travelnut, just do as Christina suggested, it shall work.
Mackenzie, you can click on your name in the top left corner of the screen, underneath the Fodor's logo and all of the posts that you have started, or have contributed to, will come up. Welcome to Fodor's!
Mackenzie is referring to my question about the multiple posts...

Message: Mackenzie, why do you have four posts on the same topic?... are you just trying to 'refresh' your question? If so, just pull up your thread, and post a new reply with "ttt" which means "send to the top again".
So, mackenzie, those posting above have given good advice - sign in to Fodors, then click on your name at upper left to find your threads. If you want to 'refresh' one of them so that it goes to the top of the list, just post another note at the bottom of the thread and that will force the thread "to the top". There you go!
thanks for the advice. 1 topic - 1 question.
