From your other thread you say 15 days. If that is 15 days total, then really about 12.5 days free 'on the ground'.
You have chosen these three cities for some reason. Paris is a no brainer IMO - but why specifically Zurich and Geneva? Do you mean actually visiting those cities -- or more as jumping off points for other parts of Switzerland?
Tell us more -- what sorts of things you enjoy, and the places you've already researched/plan on seeing.

We as a couple always wanted to visit Zurich and enjoy culture, scenery, museums, have some chocolate ;-) and while in Switzerland cus of friends recommendation we wanted to visit Geneva. But for sure we don't want to hike or even take any mode of transportation to any mountains, with four month old we want to avoid elevations.

There are many reasons to visit Zurich if you like art museums, church interiors, etc. Geneva seems like more of a jumping off point for locations along the north shore of the lake and beyond.
You could easily fly into Paris and take a fast train service to either Zurich or Geneva and possibly fly home from either of those cities.

Well I must admit I don;t get zurich as a vacation destination since it's primarily a business city. With so many places to go - and the huge cost of anything in Switzerland - I would be tempted to visit many other cities first - unless have already seen London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, Prague = or even other areas of France - such as Strasbourg, Lyon or the Riviera.

If Zurich and Geneva are not that great, what other places in Switzerland would you guys suggest? We can adjust our itinerary to include Munich and others that are close to places in Switzerland. Alternatively for a 15 day (12.5) on ground visit to Europe, if we exclude Switzerland what could be the most easy and enjoyable route with our 4 month old. Also please suggest about driving vs using train as mode of transportation. Thanks much!

If you were going to tour the countryside I would reco a car - which I think is easier with a baby because of all the extra stuff you have to haul around.
But cars are useless in any european cities - so if you are going to just do 3 cities I would travel by train. Just make sure that your trips don;t require changes of train, which will be more complicated with a baby, your luggage and all the things for the baby as well.

Most folks find Lucerne really nice and smaller and more relaxed than those two larger cities - you could spend 2-3 days here - taking a lake boat ride - and instead of Geneva on Lake Geneva many folks love the two much smaller towns of Vevey and Montreux - again much more relaxed - those towns are easy enough to drive in - take a train from Paris to Basel or Geneva or Lausanne - pick up a rental car at the station and motor around Switzerland - Montreux and Vevey are smallish towns easily manageable with cars - Lucerne is too.
With a toddler I'd drive for sure. Return your car at Zurich Airport for flight back home.

Take the TGV high-speed train - going up to nearly 190 mph from Paris to any place in Switzerland nearest where you want to go the first day - you can get deep discounted tickets from two sites: www.voyages-sncf.com or www.capitainetrain.com - both have same trains and same fares for the most part - but booking early can save a lot - your baby always goes free as long as he/she does not occupy its own seat.
