The link you posted is useful for traveling WITHIN Vienna. However, you will still have to reach the city from the airport. There are several options:
1. The City Airport Train (CAT). The most expensive, at €12 one-way, but also the fastest, with arrival at Wien-Mitte and direct access to the U-Bahn in 16 minutes.
2. The City Airport Bus. €8 one-way, stopping at Schwedenplatz (and other points, though this one is most common for tourists). Travel time is about 20 minutes without traffic or other delays.
3. The S7 regional train. €4,50 one-way, and includes the connection ticket for the U-Bahn. The train stops at Wien-Mitte with direct access to the U-Bahn. Travel time is about 25 minutes.
You can purchase the tickets for the CAT train and S7 as you head toward the platform. And, of course, there is also taxi service.

There is no train or tram to Prague airport. The only public transportation is a bus. For Prague, private car or taxi is easiest (many hotels in Prague arrange car service at reasonable rates at a fixed cost, I find that easiest).
There is an airport train from Krakow that only costs 8 PLN or about 2 euro. Otherwise, a taxi won't cost too terribly much. The train goes to main train station (Krakow Glowny). The airport is nine years old.
Vienna has the most options as noted above.

You'd only fly in to ONE of these cities - then it's easy to travel between them by train.
E.g. Vienna to Prague from 19 euros www.oebb.at
