Hotel du Lys, on rue Serpente, has a triple; hotel is in St. Ger.-D-P, on edge, near "Latin Quarter".
Claudine - I just want to mention that a baby that age could probably sleep best in a crib and most hotels wouldn't consider charging for the baby, so you might not have to pay the price of a triple as long as the double room has space for the crib, arranged in advance with the hotel.
If you have not traveled with a child be prepared for them to cry on take of and landing. This is natures ay of releiving pressuer in their ears. Also, see if you can get a set towrds the back or as close to a bathroom as possible. It will make life easier. Remember to give your child plenty of fluids. You body easily dehydrates on extended flights. Your baby will express through crying. I come from a large family and travel frequently and these are some of the things that have helped my Mom in the past. i know this does not address yopur original comment but I thought it might help. Have a nice trip
