Our family with approx 16 (ages 15 to 85) of us will be traveling to Southwest Ireland over the Christmas break. Does anyone know of any reputable companies that would be able to find a large home for us to rent. In addition, we thought renting a van with a chauffeur would be a good idea. Any thoughts? Thank you!

Christmas is a perfect time to spend in Ireland! Check out 'Rocking Around Ireland's Christmas Markets' for an idea of festive places to check out while you're here (http://goo.gl/cLiSv). If you're here on St Stephen's Day on the 26th, you may like to consider Dingle for Wren Day, a great parade of people in costumes celebrated an age old Irish tradition in Southwest Ireland!

There are a number of tour operators who would be happy to help you locate the perfect holiday home for your stay. You can find a list at http://goo.gl/3F6AR who would be happy to help you book your accommodation and also arrange a driver and transport.
With a large family trip a guided personalised tour would be ideal. You would have great flexibility, everyone could stay together for the duration of the trip, and it would also be the easiest option in terms of planning. The link above also has a section for chauffeur tours.
We hope your visit to Ireland is everything you're hoping for and more! Happy planning!
