Seriously, you can't find information on this? On this website?
You cannot be serious.
Google Eurostar.
Also go look at Paris hotels listed on Fodors. There are only a few thousand hotels in Paris that could handle your party.

Have you looked into taking the Eurostar train? The advantage of the train is that you depart and arrive in the middle of the cities which saves travel time out and back from airports. I would book as soon as possible as fares tend to go up the closer you get to travel time.
What is your budget for a hotel in Paris and how long do you plan to stay? There are many threads on this forum about hotels in Paris. You can do a search for "Left Bank Hotels" and "Right Bank Hotels" and will come up with many suggestions.

When?
Define economical? It helps to understand, since that word to someone used to NYC hotel prices would be different from someone used to Iowa City prices. Triples are a bit harder to find, but I have seen people posting here.
I stayed at a triple in the Hotel Le Notre Dame. Along Seine, across street from Notre Dame, sunrises over Notre Dame, top floor, double bed and an attic area with a single bed, not noisy. Prime location...but is it economical? TBD

The Eurostar train can be the best. One way or return?

If you have time take a coach... http://www.eurolines.co.uk/coach/index.aspx
and check http://www.parisluxhotel.com/ near Nation station, I stayed there with my 2 boys and it was quite convenient (65€ 3 years ago, it seems it is 80€ now) Bon voyage

Sorry for being vauge...We are going to be staying 4 nights in Paris. I've been looking at various website for Parisian hotels. Not a lot of places accomodate 3 people at the hotel or it's $500 a night...We are thinking of going in the middle of April I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for hotels. We are on a budget preferably somewhere in the $200-$300 (dollars) range.
Has anybody traveled by easyjet before???
Thanks,

yup - use easyjet all the time. Just keep in mind the luggage limits and extra charges for using credit card etc. Other than that they are fine. Also be aware of the airport they fly into - sometimes its quite far from the city.
We like http://www.hotel-saintjacques.com/
www.hotelbonaparte.fr
http://www.hotel-grandes-ecoles.com/
Havent stayed here yet, its a bit farther out then we would normally stay but we like this area: http://www.cosmos-hotel-paris.com/ we will stay here in June.
Book your eurostar immediately for the cheapest trip! The benefit is that its city centre to city centre. When you factor in time and cost to get to airports to fly between London and Paris its usually worth booking the eurostar. But again, you need to book in advance!

The issue with flying between London and Paris is...time it takes to get to airport, cost to get to airport, time wasted at airport.....time to get from airport in Paris to hotel, cost from airport,etc....Luggage issues (extra costs).
Versus taking tube to Eurostar station, Metro from train station.

not sure if you've looked into an apartment but I booked an apartment for 2 for the first week of april with myparisvisit.com They were very enjoyable to work with and aren't terribly expensive. You may have more flexibility with an apartment. Good luck. btw, many people recommend taking the eurostar. listen to the people on here. they are very helpful as well as informative

The cheapest way is by bus. Look at Eurolines.com. I just checked mid June and the total fare for 2 adults and 1 child was 84 Pounds-traveling from LONDON (Victoria Coach Station) to Paris (Gallieni), France arriving at18:00. Fare is 75.00 Pounds and there is a 9 Pound admin. fee. Much more luggage space and you get a ferry ride over the English Channel.

For a hotel, look at Etap - http://www.etaphotel.com/gb/hotel-25...re/index.shtml.
I have stayed here. Nothing fancy, but sleeps 3. Two on the bottom and one in the bunk bed on top. Ensuite. 8-10 minute walk to the bus stop, 12-15 min. to the metro - Port de St.Ouen. You do this by turning right out of the hotel, turn left under the Peripherique, and walk up the hill. Or, you can go left out of the hotel, right on Avenue Michelet, and up the hill to Port de Clignancourt Metro.

You've left it too late to get cheap fares on the Eurostar - but it is still the best way to travel city centre to city centre.

Where are you looking that gets you $500/€355 rooms -- you shouldn't have to pay anywhere near $500 a night.
W/ a budget as high as $200-$300 (€145/€215) you don't have to stay in an Etap or in the outskirts. But mid-April is awfully short notice to get the best availability.

People are a little crabby here when posts don't show that the posters have already done any research, so don't tke it personally.
That being said, the train is infinitely better than flying from London to Paris, and I have done it both ways multiple times. Never again by plane. It is time consuming and expensive to get out of one city and into the other, and the requirements for being at the airport well before the plane are more than twice that for the train.

I've just stayed at this place, which is fine. A double or twin and a single should be within budget:

I've also stayed here a couple of times, and should likewise be fine:

Eurostar train every time, BTW: you can also book hotels through them, and might get a better rate than booking direct. Going by bus would be a torture, for me. At least on the train you can walk about a bit, and it only takes two hours.
