Traveling from Lisbon Portugal to Seville Spain by bus
Does anyone know where the bus station in Lisbon is located? In addition, what about a website for the bus station and/or bus routes from Portugal into Spain.

Hi, we caught the bus from Lisbon to Sevilla on New Year's Day this year from the station at Sete Rios as Lobo_Mau advised. It was an ALSA bus (Spanish company) and we bought our tickets earlier in the week (140 euros for 4 of us, cash only) from the station.
When you get off the metro there's plenty of signs directing you to the bus and on entering it you go to an 'international' ticket booth (turn left as you walk through the door) to purchase your ticket. On the day of travel we needed to go back to this counter half an hour before departure to find out which bus bay we needed to go to.
We were on the 9:15pm bus and arrived in Sevilla at 4:50am, considerably ahead of schedule. In Sevilla if you get off at the second stop it's only a 15 minute walk to the cathedral area.
Hope you have a great time.

Buses leave Faro daily ex Sun at 8:35am and 3:30pm for Seville, arriving 1pm and 8:15pm respectively
there is excellent frequent train service from Lisbon to Faro, taking about3.5 hours.
bus - EVA, Faro (351) 289 899 700/1

I have gone by train, ferry, bus and train between the Algarve and Seville -Faro to Vila Real S A like lobo says is the Portugeuse terminal station - right on the river that divides Portugal from Spain - there once was train service from Ayamonte, the Spanish border town on the other side of the river, but the tracks have been pulled up - nevertheless the substitute buses left from the old trackless train station and went to Huelva, the end of the line for Spanish trains - about 40-50 miles i think from the Portugal border. And oh from the Portugeuese station in Vila Real S A there are frequent ferries that scoot across to Ayamonte, Spain.
So the train-ferry-bus-train route exists but takes at least twice as long as the direct Faro-Tavira, etc buses to Seville.
