Travel to UK for the first time. Advice please
Hi All,
I am relocating to Asia, but will travel to UK, Scotland and Ireland for 3 weeks before I fly to Singapore. So, considering I am relocating, I will carry more items with me than my usual travel.
Here is I am planning to take with me, a camera backpack (I am an amateur photographer) and a large duffel back with roller (like the Eagle Creek ORV Trunk). Do you guys think it will be hard to travel with those bags? I will be using train and bus most of the time and this will be my first trip to europe so any advice is greately appreciated.
Regards...

I took a carry-on size suitcase with rollers on my trip to Ireland, France, and England and managed just fine. If you use the Tube in London, be aware that not all stations have elevators so you may be doing some lugging. I hope you have a wonderful trip!

thanks coldwar27. I figure that with the camera backpack, that will be heavy enough on my back already and the roller think will work perfect. in the Tube, do they have any restriction of what you can carry? like the size and how many items you can bring with you?
Since you travelled to Ireland and England, do you have any suggestions of where to go? I have 3 weeks to spare and as much as I want to go to other part of EU countries, I will need to apply the EU visa and I also want to enjoy my UK, Scotland and Ireland trip.
I have this rough itenerary at this moment:
london: 3 days
norwich (visit a friend): 2 day
Manchester: 1 day
York: 1 day
Edinburg: 2 days
Inverness: 2 days
Isle of sky: 2 days
Glasgow: 2 days
Liverpool: 1 day
Ferry to Ireland:
Dublin: 1 day
Cork: 1 day
Killarney: 1 day
Galway: 2 day
Ferry back to UK and continue to Cardiff & Bath: 1 day
and London to fly out Singapore.
I am still trying to arrange a more detail itenerary, but do you think I am staying too long or too short in those places? or any idea or places to skip to to visit? thanks in advance.

If you are young an fit you will be fine w/ those two bags.
Now - about that itinerary. How are you traveling, by train? That is a very, VERY ambitious plan.
I have a few questions before I make some suggestions. Do you have some reasons for visiting these cities -- Manchester, Inverness, Liverpool?
Also from Dublin to Cork is a long way and by the time you get there you will barely have 1/2 a day for Cork. And from Galway to anywhere to catch a ferry to the UK is another very loooong trip.
Do you mean to visit Cardiff AND Bath in one day? Actually, unless you have left some days off your list it looks like you mean to travel from Galway to the east coast of Ireland to Wales to Cardiff to Bath all in one day. Simply not possible.

My 1st suggestion is that the poster gets a map so they learn where things are in relation to each other
2nd suggestion from Norwich go to York which is an easy train ride to Manchester which is an easy train ride to Liverpool, then get the ferry to Ireland, do the Irish stuff & then FLY to Edinburgh or Glasgow for the Scottish stuff & finally return to London by overnight sleeper from Glasgow / Edinburgh or Inverness where he can do the Bath / Cardiff leg of their trip.
Flying & using a sleeper train will effectively give the poster 2 extra days for their trip that would otherwise be spent just travelling
