We are hoping to visit Europe in July '98 with our four daughters ages 7-13 for 3 weeks. We are debating between going to Britain or Italy/Austria/Germany (or possibly another destination). We will probably need to rent a house to use as a home base but we may be willing to swap for our home in the San Francisco area. Any ideas on the best family destination or on house swapping would be appreciated.
