A taxi from Nice to Zurich? Is that what you are asking?
I fear that you don;t understand the distances involved. From Nice to Zurich by road is about 7 hours. I can't imagine any taxi would undertake such a trip - and if they did it would be an incredible cost. If you wanted to stop onthe way you would have to pay for the drivers hotel and meals as well as some enormous negotiated rate. It would be MUCH cheaper to rent a car and drive yourselves.
If you really want to do this you should look at train options (check out bahn.de to see train times).
I would also look at travelling by train. There are probably flights but for this distance the train makes more sense. You can stop wherever you want along the way, just make sure you buy the right tickets. Here is another website for timetables and fares http://www.sncf.com/
Lake Como might make a nice stop but no idea if there are wineries in the area.
