I would like to go from Warsaw to Krakow and then to Budapest. In Budapest I am going to pickup a tour. Does anyone have any info on buses that travel from these places? Or would it be easier to just take the train. Bus travel is a lot easier so I would prefer to take a coach. I also would like info from Prague to Berlin. I will be travelling in August. Thanks for your help.

Guess I'll jump in first. We went on a Grand Circle Travel tour which was great a couple of years ago...Warsaw, Krakow, Budapest, Prague, Vienna, but also other side trips into the countryside. GCT has an educational component which I like, i.e. examining the culture and politics with some lecturers. So it isn't just sightseeing. I know that isn't quite your inquiry about buses or train but others can answer that. These postcommunist countries are developing vibrant economies including travel. In our recent Seine River cruise we had a bus company from Prague on a day trip.
The OP already said shes picking up a tour, so no need to shill for Grand Circle. Cynthia, not sure why you think buses are easier than trains, I much prefer trains, where you can get up and move around, but if you'd prefer buses look into Eurolines.
